In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pop77", "we", "us", or "our" refers to pop77, the operator of the website at https://pop77.cam and all associated subdomains.
• "Platform" means the pop77 website, mobile-optimised browser interface, and all related products and services offered thereon.
• "You" or "Player" refers to any natural person who accesses or uses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• "Account" means the registered account opened by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total IDR amount held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin credit, or matched deposit bonus awarded to a Player's Account, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawal of funds.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency of account on pop77.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or pop77's own policies.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond pop77's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.

To register and use pop77's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be a natural person — not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal entity.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. pop77 strictly prohibits access by minors. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a Player is under 21, the Account will be suspended and all funds frozen pending age verification.
3. You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of pop77 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme — whether operated by pop77 or by a recognised third-party responsible gambling organisation — at the time of registration.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of pop77 or any of its affiliated companies, game content providers, or payment processors.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

Each eligible person may hold exactly one (1) Account on pop77. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited regardless of the device, IP address, payment method, or household used.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pop77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

pop77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

• Account usernames must not impersonate any real person, brand, or entity.
• You must notify pop77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Pop77 may require re-verification of Account details at any time, particularly following a change of payment method or contact information.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month may be deducted from dormant Account balances after written notice to the registered email address.

pop77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism-financing (CTF) standards. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed.

The standard KYC documentation required includes:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document dated within the past three months showing your full name and current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the payment method used for deposit (e.g., BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja account) is registered in your name.

pop77 may request additional documentation at its discretion, including a selfie with your ID document, for enhanced due-diligence purposes. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours (WIB) of document submission. Pop77 will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.1 Deposits. pop77 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. pop77 does not charge platform-side deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, in IDR only. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limits are set out in the cashier and may vary by Player tier and payment method.

5.3 Processing Times. pop77 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for the majority of requests. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, for enhanced verification requests, or where a withdrawal triggers a manual review. pop77 does not guarantee specific processing times but commits to best-endeavour fast processing on a 24/7 basis (WIB, UTC+7).

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be approved:

• KYC verification must be complete and current.
• All applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fulfilled.
• The Account must not be under any active investigation or restriction.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available real-money Balance.

5.5 Refused Transactions. pop77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it has reasonable grounds to believe is connected to fraud, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms. In such cases, pop77 will notify the Player via the registered email address and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

5.6 Currency. All Accounts are denominated in IDR. pop77 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Players accessing the Platform from outside Indonesia acknowledge that currency conversion costs, if any, are borne entirely by the Player.

pop77 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page in addition to these General Terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement of between 15× and 40× the bonus amount before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered.

6.2 Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying a wagering requirement. As a general guide: sportsbook bets contribute 100% of the bet stake; live casino games contribute 10%; standard slot games (including slot gacor titles) contribute 100%; and togel (numbers lottery) bets contribute 50%. Pop77 reserves the right to amend contribution rates at any time with prior notice.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. Any Player found to have abused bonus terms — including but not limited to placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting a technical error that generates unintended bonus credits — will have their Bonus Funds cancelled, may have winnings derived from such play voided, and may have their Account suspended.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated at the time of issue will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account Balance with no compensation.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds, after all wagering requirements have been satisfied, are eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by pop77. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform displays an explicit confirmation message and a unique bet reference number. pop77 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion.

7.2 Errors and Manifest Odds. If a market is offered at clearly erroneous odds — whether due to a data feed error, human input error, or system fault — pop77 reserves the right to void affected bets, regardless of whether they have been settled, and to return stakes to Players' Accounts.

7.3 Match Postponements and Cancellations. In the event that a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold set out in the sport-specific rules, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. 7.4 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the theoretical long-run payout and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual gaming session.

7.5 Togel Draws. Togel draw results are sourced from verifiable third-party draw data. In the event of a data feed discrepancy, pop77 will use the official draw result as the definitive outcome for settlement purposes.

pop77 strictly prohibits any Player who is subject to a self-exclusion order — whether imposed by the Player themselves or by pop77 — from opening a new Account. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new Account is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances found to have been accrued in breach of the exclusion order.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pop77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, potential permanent closure, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on pop77 (whether under the same or different identities).
• Using any automated software, bot, script, AI-assisted tool, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live poker, or coordinate bets to generate artificial winnings.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic for financial gain without reporting them to pop77 support.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal or fraudulent activity — including but not limited to money laundering or the proceeds of fraud.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or using third-party payment accounts to fund an Account.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of location spoofing.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider trading, or betting based on non-public information with respect to sporting events.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pop77 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the pop77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, software code, text content, graphics, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pop77 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from pop77.
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform software or content.
• Use pop77's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context, advertising, or public communication without explicit written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or digital property.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by pop77 and its licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pop77 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, connectivity interruptions, or Force Majeure events.
• Any consequences of bets placed in error by the Player, including incorrect selection of markets, odds, or stake amounts.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where pop77 has taken reasonable security measures.
• Any decisions made by pop77 in good faith in response to suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or regulatory requirements.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, pop77's total aggregate liability to any single Player in any rolling 30-day period shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the same period.

Nothing in these Terms limits pop77's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by pop77, to the extent that such exclusion would be unlawful.

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting pop77 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be settled, and any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days of the request, subject to KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by pop77. pop77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your Account has been used in connection with fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Continuing to operate your Account would expose pop77 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage of your relationship with pop77.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure — whether initiated by you or by pop77 — all licences granted under these Terms are immediately revoked. pop77 will return verified real-money Balances to the Player subject to any legal holds, fraud investigations, or outstanding liabilities. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure regardless of the reason.

pop77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pop77 holds its international operating licence. The parties agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except as provided below.

Complaints Procedure. If you have a complaint regarding pop77's services, you should first contact our support team at the email address listed below with full details of your complaint. pop77 commits to acknowledging all written complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Arbitration. If a complaint cannot be resolved through pop77's internal procedure within 28 calendar days of submission, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration administered under the rules of a mutually agreed internationally recognised arbitration institution. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.

No Class Actions. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against pop77.
